Job summary

Rowan is seeking a customer-focused Studio Sales Associate to join our Southdale Center studio in Minnesota. You’ll help customers with ear piercings, recommend jewelry, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards. This part-time, hourly role requires weekend availability and teamwork with Studio Managers and staff.

You will upsell products, answer questions about procedures and aftercare, and support inventory and transactions. Competitive compensation includes commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a positive attitude.
• Enjoy helping customers choose earrings and jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with bookings and check-ins using POS and software systems.
• Help customers select piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
• Provide product knowledge and aftercare information.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and stock levels.
• Collaborate with managers and nurses to serve customers.
