Rowan in Minnetonka is seeking a weekend-friendly Studio Sales Associate to deliver a warm, engaging piercing and shopping experience. You’ll assist with ear piercings, upsell non-piercing jewelry, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced studio.

This part-time role requires weekend, nights, and holiday availability, with hourly pay plus commission. You’ll collaborate with managers and nurses, help inventory, process transactions, and provide outstanding customer service.

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet, and welcome, customers helping create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or help them book an appointment leveraging POS, technology and software systems.
• Help customers choose and style their piercing and hypoallergenic non-piercing jewelry.
• Professionally answer customer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details whether on the selling floor or answering phone inquiries.
