Valley Health in Winchester, VA is seeking a Physician Practice Coordinator (Full Time, First Shift) to support the Practice Manager in daily operations, enhance patient access, and improve provider efficiency across assigned practice locations.

The role requires coordinating between management and clerical/clinical staff, assisting with budget and staff development, and training new personnel. Proficiency in EPIC is essential to streamline operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience; medical office setting preferred.
• LPN or CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Practice Manager with day-to-day operations to maximize patient access.
• Liaise between management, clerical, and clinical staff in the physician office.
• Oversee daily office operations and staffing; participate in budget establishment and maintenance.
• Train and coach staff; assist with orientation and onboarding.
• Assist with patient care as designated and proficient in EPIC processes.
• Represent the team professionally and handle difficult conversations and conflicts.
