Valley Health System is seeking an entry-level Physician Practice Coordinator in the Plastic Surgery department. The role supports the Practice Manager in daily physician office operations to improve patient access and provider efficiency.

Proficiency in EPIC and strong communication are essential as you liaise with staff and providers. Required: High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 years supervisory experience in a medical setting is preferred; LPN or CMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years supervisory in medical office preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Practice Manager with day-to-day operations to maximize patient access and provider efficiency.
• Serve as liaison between management and clerical/clinical staff.
• Oversee daily office operations and staffing; participate in budget maintenance.
• Resolve patient complaints and coordinate office meetings.
• Assist with staff performance appraisals, orientation, and training.
