Job summary

Valley Health, a recognized Top 15 Health System, seeks a Practice Manager to direct daily operations and implement programs across its locations. You will focus on maximizing patient access and provider efficiency, delivering a superior patient experience and high-quality care.

You will build staffing structures to meet goals of high-quality care and patient satisfaction, and participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care throughout the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years of practice experience required.
• Years of physician practice experience required.
• Year of supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of professional coding, billing or revenue cycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and develop, plan & implement programs to maximize patient access and provider efficiency for assigned practice locations.
• Develop staffing structures that best meet the goals of high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and facilitate programs in the delivery of coordinated care throughout the Valley Health physician network and affiliate hospitals.
