SCP Health is seeking an experienced operations manager for Winchester, VA, to optimize daily clinical support services and provider workflows. The role emphasizes KPI governance, client and provider satisfaction, and coordination across hospital-based service lines.

You will oversee scheduling, credentialing, and medical records processes while partnering with leadership to drive improvements and maintain high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and recommend improvements to KPI performance and client/provider satisfaction.
• Handling daily administrative duties for each service line, including documentation queries and scheduling support.
• Oversee census management and EMR reconciliation.
• Market hospital services to retain referrals and grow volume.
• Ensure accurate ICD-10/CPT coding and chart review for billing.
• Support quality and satisfaction initiatives with clients and clinicians.
