Job summary

Valley Health is seeking an UCC Coordinator-RN to provide clinical leadership and operational coordination for our Urgent Care Centers in the Winchester area. You will supervise nursing and support staff, coordinate workflow, and support onboarding and education initiatives.

The role involves direct patient care across the lifespan, collaboration with providers and leadership, and occasional travel between locations to ensure coverage and quality care. A VA/WV RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia and/or West Virginia as applicable.
• BSN preferred; required nursing degree per job description.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in ambulatory/urgent care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and staff development across Urgent Care Centers.
• Coordinate daily clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, and service delivery.
• Lead onboarding, continue education, and competency assessments for staff.
• Deliver direct patient care across pediatric to geriatric populations; document in EMR.
• Travel between assigned UCC locations as needed to support operations.
