Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with staff and ensures daily tasks are completed.
• Provides training and coaching to staff; monitors productivity and reports performance metrics.
• Manages staff scheduling, on-call rotations, and overtime to optimize coverage.
• Oversees onboarding, audits processes, and ensures excellent customer service for patients and colleagues.
