Job summary

Brasseler USA Inc. seeks a Physician Lab Sales Specialist to drive sales of CLIA-waived and moderately complex diagnostics into physician labs, urgent care, and clinics. The role blends consumable/POC sales with multi-year reagent rentals and instrument placements.

Based in Chicago or major markets within the territory, you will build strategic accounts, lead data-driven prospecting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reimbursement and workflow in-office testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent; Master's preferred.
• Experience selling into laboratory and medical environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with reimbursement frameworks and CLIA compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth promoting laboratory solutions including instrumentation, reagents, consumables, and POC testing.
• Develop multi-year reagent rental agreements and instrument placements within physician labs.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Consultants, Inside Sales Consultants and executive teams to expand territory reach.
• Engage physicians, lab directors and administrators; conduct workflow analyses and optimize reimbursement potential.
