Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Green Hill, TN, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility.

The candidate will assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness; must hold a valid state license and be able to evaluate and treat independently. Monday–Friday schedule; equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Must hold a state license in good standing.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
