Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic geriatric care team. The position requires licensure in the state, the ability to evaluate and treat residents independently, and a passion for helping seniors regain mobility and quality of life in a skilled nursing setting.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT, provide therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain, and contribute to residents'

Qualifications

• Current license as Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
