Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Oak Hill, TN seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to support geriatric residents in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat residents independently under PT supervision, possess a passion for improving mobility, pain relief, and functional outcomes, and hold an active PTA license in the state.

The role involves assisting with therapies designed to enhance mobility and wellbeing.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
