Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist the PT in therapies that improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness for residents in a geriatric setting.

Ideal candidates have a state PTA license, can evaluate and treat independently without supervision, and show a passion for functional activities that enhance residents’ daily life.

Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• State PTA license or equivalent required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Desire to perform functional activities to assist residents.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility.
