Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. You will support the physical therapist in delivering therapy aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, and promoting overall wellness for residents.

The ideal candidate holds an active PTA license, enjoys geriatric care, and can work independently to plan and implement therapy sessions within a SNF setting. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Experience in SNF/geriatric care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Promote overall fitness and wellness of residents in a SNF.
• Help plan and implement therapy sessions independently when needed.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
