Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent disability and promote overall fitness for residents. The ideal candidate holds a state license and can evaluate and treat independently, with a passion for geriatric care. Monday–Friday opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility and promote fitness in a skilled nursing facility.
• Evaluate and treat residents independently as needed.
• Provide functional therapeutic activities to aid residents' experience and well-being.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
