Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team. The role supports the PT in therapies designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness for geriatric residents, with independence in evaluation and treatment under licensure.

The ideal candidate holds a state license, preferably with SNF experience, and will work Monday–Friday to help residents achieve meaningful daily

Qualifications

Active State PT license
Passion for geriatrics and mobility improvement
Ability to evaluate and treat independently under license

Responsibilities

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
