Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. The role supports the PT, aims to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness for residents.

The candidate must hold a Tennessee license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and is encouraged to bring SNF experience. Monday–Friday, flexible benefits are offered.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
