Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist licensed therapists to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness for our geriatric residents.
Candidates must hold a state PTA license and be able to evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision. SNF experience is preferred but not required. Work Monday to Friday with a comprehensive benefits package.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
