Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll gain hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to physical therapy while supporting clinicians with daily operations.

You will greet patients, assist with patient intake, prepare treatment areas, monitor progress, and help with home exercise programs, contributing to patient recovery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling with clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs as prescribed.
