• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required or preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and interact with them warmly in person and by phone during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and streamline patient intake/registration for efficiency.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, and verify benefits.
• Support clinicians by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment setup.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team; assist patients with exercises and home programs.
