Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our collaborative team. You will greet patients, assist clinicians, and help prepare treatment areas while gaining hands-on healthcare experience in a supportive environment.

You will learn through mentorship, participate in patient care activities, and contribute to a positive patient experience as part of our efforts to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

High School diploma and 18+ age required.
Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
Preferred: healthcare/fitness industry experience or related education (PTA/ Health Services).

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
Facilitate efficient patient intake and scheduling support for clinicians.
Onboard new patients: review forms, verify benefits, complete paperwork.
Assist therapists by prepping and cleaning treatment areas and setting up exercise equipment.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
