ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with experts in physical and occupational therapy, and receive mentorship as you support patient recovery.

In this role you’ll greet patients, assist with intake, prepare treatment areas, monitor progress, and help patients perform prescribed exercises. A willingness to learn and strong customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare or customer service experience.
• High School diploma is required.
• Age 18+ is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake to ensure smooth flow.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with setup and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Support patients in performing prescribed home exercises.
