ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team that delivers exceptional patient care. You’ll gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy alongside leading experts.

In this role you’ll greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, help prepare treatment areas, and support therapists with exercises and home programs. A positive, patient‑focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.
• Preferred: healthcare-related training or PT-related education.
• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check‑in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and intake processes.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
