Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during daily check-in.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
