Endeavor Health in Illinois seeks a Physical Therapist for a full-time Crest Hill clinic. 36 hours weekly with varied shifts, including one evening and a Friday shift. You will conduct 45-minute one-on-one sessions and craft individualized treatment plans to restore movement and function.

You will educate patients, stay current with PT advances, and participate in mentorship programs designed for new graduates and staff with less than three years of experience. Benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and licensure in Illinois.
• Master's or Doctorate preferred; mentorship available for new grads.
• Valid driver's license required for offsite duties, if applicable.
• Basic CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct physical therapy services with 45-minute evaluations and treatment plans.
• Evaluate and address movement dysfunction and restore functional status.
• Educate patients and maintain up-to-date knowledge of PT developments.
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in mentorship programs.

Connaissances

Current State of Illinois PT licensure

American Heart Association BLS CPR

Valid driver's license

2+ years PT experience (PT II)

0-2 years PT experience (PT I)
