You will join a team delivering specialized care with a focus on patient outcomes and professional development, supported by internal education and residency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master’s Degree (MS) or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.
• A valid driver’s license if offsite duties are required.
• Automobile liability coverage if using personal vehicle.
• AHA BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Physical Therapist II.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy services to patients.
• Develops evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Assesses and treats movement dysfunction to improve function.
• Educates patients and engages them in their care.
• Keeps updated on PT developments and equipment.
• Maintains broad clinical knowledge and reasoning to achieve outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Illinois Physical Therapist licensure

American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
