Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL seeks a Physical Therapist for a part-time role (20 hours/week). The clinic operates M–Th 7-7; Fri 7-5:30, one evening until 7pm, and one Saturday every 5 months (8am–12noon). The role includes direct PT services, evaluations, and patient education.

Required: IL PT license, Bachelor’s in PT, CPR (BLS). Preferred: MS/PhD in PT; 2+ years for PT II or 0-2 years for PT I. Mentorship offered for new grads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy services to patients.
• Demonstrates clinical skill via comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluates patients and implements therapeutic programs to address movement dysfunction.
• Educates patients and engages them in their own care with strong communication.
• Keeps up to date with new techniques and equipment in physical therapy.
• Maintains broad knowledge base and clinical reasoning to achieve outcomes.
