Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL, is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist (20 hours/week). The clinic operates Mon-Thu 7:00–7:00, Fri 7:00–5:30, with one evening shift until 7pm and occasional Saturday coverage every 5 months.

We provide 45-minute one-on-one sessions, mentorship for new grads, and a path for professional growth. Specialties include hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Illinois Physical Therapist license within 90 days of hire is required.
• AHA BLS CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy services to patients.
• Evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Uses clear communication to educate patients and engage them in care.
• Keeps up-to-date with new techniques and equipment in PT.
• Maintains strong clinical knowledge and reasoning to achieve outcomes.
