Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.
• A valid driver’s license required if offsite location.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• As a Physical Therapist II - minimum of 2 years work experience.
• For Physical Therapist I level - open to 0 to 2 years' experience.
