NorthShore University HealthSystem in Crest Hill, IL, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role at 16151 Weber Road. The position requires 36 hours weekly with clinic hours Mon-Thu 7-7 and Fri 7-5:30, including one evening shift until 7pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure
• CPR certification (AHA BLS) required
• Two years of experience for PT II; zero to two years for PT I

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to achieve functional goals.
• Evaluate patient status and implement therapeutic programs.
• Educate patients and engage them in their own care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PT techniques and equipment.
