Endeavor Health is hiring Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapists for our western suburban sites in Illinois. The role supports 45-minute one-on-one patient care and offers mentorship for new grads, with opportunities across multiple facilities including Elmhurst, Hinsdale, Addison, and Plainfield.

We provide premium pay, education pathways, and a range of medical benefits, with flexible shifts (day/evening, weekends) and free parking. Licensure in IL is required; CPR certification is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
• Education: Graduation from a PT program approved by the APTA/AMA or equivalent
• Certification: CPR certification required

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
