Job summary

Health Marketing in Missouri is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one therapy to older adults in homes and senior living communities. You will assess mobility, create personalized care plans, and apply evidence-based treatments to improve independence.

Responsibilities include documentation in EMR, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and caregivers, and incorporating telehealth to increase access.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PT license or be eligible for licensure.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to perform lifting and therapeutic activities.
• Willingness to drive to patient locations and wear PPE when needed.

Physical Therapist

Qualifications & Skills:
