Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program across EY's real estate portfolio. The role oversees access control administration, biometric readers, secure-space governance, and incident support, collaborating with FAM, WEM, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology.

The position directs badge lifecycle management, audits, and compliance, and drives security modernization in line with EY's real estate strategy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Experience managing physical access governance and security compliance programs.
• Knowledge of badge management, biometric controls, and restricted-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
