Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec) and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system and badge lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology on security requirements for office projects.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and badge-related processes.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
