Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program across EY's US real estate portfolio.

You will supervise the 1Badge Physical Security team, govern access control, administer biometric systems, and coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the EY 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Ensure appropriate provisioning, modification, and removal of physical access permissions.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with firm standards.
