Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate for 1Badge Operations. You will lead the team responsible for physical access control, biometric readers, and secure-space governance across EY’s real estate portfolio.

You will collaborate with FAM, WEM, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure compliant, scalable access management and support security modernization initiatives. Strong leadership and cross‑functional partnership are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–8+ years in physical security operations, access control, or related fields.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C‑Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Strong understanding of badge management, biometric controls, and restricted-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvements.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching and professional development for team members.
