LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, is seeking a Telephonic Client Manager in Dayton, OH. You will drive revenue by expanding channel partner relationships, delivering sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This hybrid role requires in-office Mondays and Tuesdays in Dayton.

You will negotiate contracts, build C-level relationships, and contribute to overall account health while collaborating across teams to identify opportunities and report progress against goals.

Qualifications

• Have successful sales experience.
• Display excellent B2B sales experience.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate proven success in negotiating contracts and closing business.
• Have experience interacting with C-level corporate executives.
• Display previous field account management and marketing experience.
• Have solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Identify, target, and maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
• Develop solid relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Take responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationship.
• Provide customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issues.
• Negotiate and renegotiate contracts to align objectives.
• Gather customer and market insights to ensure customer needs are met and report against our goal.
