LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, seeks an Associate Telephonic Client Manager in Dayton, OH. The hybrid role focuses on driving revenue growth by managing and expanding channel partner relationships while delivering sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with key executives, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
• Experience negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and decision makers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in channel partner or client management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Identify, target, and grow revenue opportunities with channel partners.
• Develop relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Own overall health and status of customer relationships and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Negotiate and renegotiate contracts to align objectives and terms.
• Gather customer and market insights to support product/content improvements.
