Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive for Data & Analytics in Phoenix to drive new business and expand a growing client portfolio. This consultative sales role requires building relationships, presenting a compelling product suite, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.

You will become expert in our data, analytics, and online marketplaces, meet brokers and owners in person, and represent CoStar at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Driving Record check before start.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting CoStar value to the CRE industry and beyond.
• Manage and grow your portfolio of clients with tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in CoStar products and market knowledge.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, corporations and investors.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate long-term relationships.
