Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive in Phoenix, AZ to drive new business and grow a client portfolio with the full sales cycle, from prospecting to renewal. You will engage brokers, owners, and CRE professionals, delivering product demos and ensuring client success.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship building, and industry expertise, supported by competitive compensation and benefits. A valid US driver's license is required and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to CRE industry and beyond.
• Manage and expand your portfolio with ongoing client satisfaction and growth.
• Develop expertise in CoStar products and the CRE market.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, demonstrations, closing, onboarding, training, renewals.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and CRE professionals.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate long-term relationships.
