Job summary

CoStar Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business while expanding your client portfolio with the value of CoStar products. This consultative role emphasizes building relationships and guiding clients through the full sales process from prospecting to renewal.

You will develop deep knowledge of CoStar’s data and analytics offerings, demonstrate product value to brokers and owners, and participate in industry events as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting CoStar products to the CRE industry.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the CRE market.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and build a professional network.
