Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification from ASCP or another accredited agency preferred.
• One+ year experience in a Patient Service Center or clinical/phlebotomy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and related specimen collection for all patients.
• Validate and update patient demographics and orders in the BILH system.
• Collect specimens by venipuncture or capillary methods and prepare for transport.
• Enter demographic, insurance, and lab orders accurately in the system.
• Support PSC operations including training, coaching, and open/close duties.
