Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; patient-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide phlebotomy and related services for all patients.
• Validate/update patient demographics in the system.
• Collect specimens by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Prepare specimens for transport to the BILH laboratory.
• Perform administrative duties to open/close the Patient Service Center daily.
• Travel to additional PSCs and doctor offices as needed.
