PathGroup is seeking a Patient Services Technician to perform daily PSC or In-office PST activities under supervision. You will collect specimens, enter data into PathConnect, and communicate with clients and patients in a courteous, professional manner.

The role requires adherence to safety and privacy policies, on-site work, and ability to handle fluctuating patient flow. HS diploma or GED preferred; phlebotomy certification preferred where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in Louisiana).
• At least 1 year of prior job-related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers and treats them courteously.
• Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Collects specimens and explains venipuncture and other collection procedures clearly to patients.
