Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support at our Bellevue, WA office. You’ll be the first contact for patients, ensuring a smooth check-in, accurate specimen handling, and friendly, human-centered service that aligns with our brand.

You’ll perform front desk duties, assist with lab tasks, and help the care team with clerical duties, reminders, and follow-ups, while maintaining high standards of care and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active phlebotomy certification to practice in WA.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support services.
• Front desk and lab interactions—excellent patient communication.
• Answer patient messages and assist providers with clerical duties.
• Open/close duties and maintain office spaces.
• Master technology suite including Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, RingCentral, EMR.
