Job summary

One Medical in Seattle, WA seeks a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to provide venipuncture and clinical support, while handling front desk tasks and patient communication.

You’ll master our EMR and collaboration tools to ensure smooth patient experiences, support providers, and help as needed with clerical duties. This is a full-time role based in Ballard, WA with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active phlebotomy certification valid in WA.
• At least 6 months of relevant Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work front desk and lab tasks with strong teamwork.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and other clinical support services.
• Greet patients and manage front desk activities and appointment flow.
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling and processing.
• Assist with billing queries and DOH reporting as needed.
• Support providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties.
• Open/close daily office, restock supplies and maintain space branding.
• Master our tech stack to interact with team and complete daily tasks.
