Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to deliver venipuncture and clinical support, serving as a friendly first point of contact and representing the One Medical experience. You will perform venipuncture, support patient care, and help manage the lobby and front desk tasks.

The role includes coordinating with Practice Coordinators and the Operations Manager, maintaining a patient‑centric environment, and leveraging our tech stack to streamline daily

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist experience outside training/externship
• Active phlebotomy certification to practice in CA
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support for patients
• Greet patients and manage front desk duties and scheduling
• Assist providers and lab team with clerical tasks and medical records
• Handle billing inquiries and outreach as needed
• Maintain office space look and feel aligned with One Medical standards
• Master technology tools including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and EMR systems
• Open/close office and restock supplies as required
