Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support at our Seattle, WA office. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring an exceptional in-office experience through efficient patient intake and care coordination.

You will perform open and close duties, assist with billing and scheduling, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team across the lab and front desk.

Qualifications

• Active phlebotomy certification to practice in WA.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship.
• Strong customer service skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and basic clinical support for a diverse patient population.
• Manage front desk duties including check-in/check-out and insurance verification.
• Support providers and lab staff with clerical tasks and reporting.
• Respond to patient messages and follow up on lab cases to aid care journeys.
• Maintain office space, restocking and inventory, and ensure a welcoming environment.
