Qualifications

• Active phlebotomy certification to practice in WA.
• 6+ months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and tabs.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and basic clinical support for patients.
• Assist with front desk duties: check-in/check-out, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Support lab operations: specimen labeling, handling, processing, and inventory.
• Respond to patient messages and assist providers with clerical tasks.
• Maintain a welcoming, on-brand lobby and ensure office cleanliness.
