The role emphasizes accurate documentation, strong customer service, and the ability to work daytime/evening hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to understand and follow written and verbal protocol.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures.
• Able to document accurately and completely.

Aufgaben

• Ensures operation complies with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) to maintain high production standards.
• Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area for a professional environment.
• Reviews and confirms donor identification and maintains donor confidentiality.
• Sets up and prepares equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Executes venipunctures and plasma collection with high quality and safety.
• Operates plasmapheresis machines and responds to alarms and donor events.
• Monitors donor conditions to ensure safety and plasma quality.
• Maintains proper donor balance and handles waste and equipment disposal following safety protocols.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of machines; troubleshoots alarms.
• Reports unsafe conditions to management and maintains inventory.
